Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I am over the age of 35, am a military veteran and brat. I decided to give writing a try after years of exposing those around me with my vivid imagination and not doing anything about it. I have ideas for stories from silly to serious and all levels in between. This is my first story that I have published.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
Interrogation Techniques. I have never been one to shy away from eroticism and human nature the world over. There are Eastern techniques that are used in the hopes of enlightenment, but are so wonderful for creating intimacy.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I like to create lists and forms. I have spreadsheets of characters, situations, villains, etc. I’m a data nerd.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Sherrilyn Kenyon, Amanda Ashley, Christine Feehan, Laurel K. Hamilton.
What are you working on now?
A more fantastical tale about Mer people, a serial story to Interrogation Techniques, a Gothic romance. Really, I have so much lined up it is crazy
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
I’m hoping My Adult Place is the best method! I’m excited about all of this as a newbie.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
That’s a bit like the blind leading the blind, but I would say do your research and don’t be afraid to experiment to find out what works best for you.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
How old will you be if you don’t?
What are you reading now?
The Fairy Faith in Celtic Countries
What’s next for you as a writer?
More writing! Seriously, my brain never stops creating.
What is your favorite book of all time?
Breakfast of Champions by Kurt Vonnegut Jr. Hilarious!
