Jack and his wife, Ingrid, have been having marriage problems when he notices that she has received a message from someone call Will saying, “Room booked for Rome for 26th-29th May. Can’t wait!!” That was the weekend she was supposed to go to a conference in Rome. As his heart sinks as it dawns on him that his wife is having an affair.

Taking a long hard look at himself in the mirror, he realises he has let himself go and that Ingrid had fallen out of love with him. Disgusted by what he has seen, starts to work on himself to try and save his marriage. He dresses better and exercises to lose weight. The problem is that Ingrid is due to go to Rome in two months.
